Mountain Climbers

I now the day that everybody hates. Leg Day but this exercise is simple and fun so lets get started shall we? So first you want to get into a plank position. Then you want to pull your right knee to your chest. When your right knee hits your chest you want to quickly pull the right knee out. AT THE SAME TIME you want to pull your left knee in. Once you get your left knee to hit your chest, you want to pull it back out. Repeat. Also try and be as straight as possible when you do this.

Mountain Climbers increase your flexibility. Mountain Climbers get your heart rate up while also working out every muscle in the body. Mountain Climbers burn body fat so do this workout if you want to have a flat stomach! Mountain Climbers will make you become explosive,sprint faster. Although if you want that then do Mountain Climbers but stand at the balls of your feet.
