I know that many of you guys freak out when you hear the word bur pee but bur-pees are actually can of fun. So lets get started. I am going to show you to types of bur-pees today. Normal and modified versions. Lets get started shall we?
Normal Bur pee
So there are many of ways to do a bur pee but I’m going to show you the one that works for me and I’m positive you will like it as will. First off you are going to want to get into a jumping jack position. ( What I mean is get ready to do a jumping jack!) Next, do a jumping jack and then you will want to go on the floor. Once you are on the floor do a full push-up. Then get up and do another jumping jack. Repeat. Experts think you should do 100 bur pees a day. But you can res while trying to past that 100 mark.
Modified Bur pee
I know what you are thinking. If you do modified bur pees then you are a wimp! THAT IS NOT TRUE. Modified helps you reach your goal by doing them a little differently. You still burn the same amount of calories. Lets get started. First you want to do a jumping jack. ( if you don’t know how to do a jumping jack then look at my previous post) Then go to the floor after you are done. Now instead of doing a push-up you want to kick your legs out in front of you and lower your self to the ground. Like this
