Protein Shakes

Nobody has actually invented protein powder or shakes. In 1950 when bodybuilding was at its peak, Irvin P. Johnson (he was a nutritionist for bodybuilders during the 50’s and 60’s ) He began marketing them for a drink specifically for athletes and body builders. Today, how ever they can be used for people that go to the gym. REMEMBER DRINK THEM EITHER 30 MINUTES BEFORE OR AFTER YOU WORKOUT. Do you know how to make them? Here is how. First you want to get your protein powder. Any will work (soy, casein,whey, etc) Then get some milk,your favorite fruit, veggies, and maybe even some yogurt! Then put your protein in. THIS STEP IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE YOU NEED 2 SCOOPS. Also add your fruit, veggies, ice cream, and other stuff. Then blend as good as you want. The result? Delicious stuff.
