HOW TO DO A PLANK

Planks in my opinion are easy and simple to do. They work your abs and turn all of your fat into lean muscle. First you want to get into push-up position but this time position your elbows directly beneath your shoulders. Then make sure to maintain a body line. This makes this exercise effective. Squeeze your butt and thighs and brace your abs like some body is going to punch you as hard as they can. Then try to hold this position for as long as you possibility can. EXPERTS SAY YOU SHOULD HOLD IT FOR AT LEAST 130 seconds but try to go at least for 2 minutes.
