So you think you can squat? Most people do squats wrong but I’ll tell you and show you how to do squats right. The correct way. Step 1 First stand tall and proud with your feet shoulder width apart. Then put your arms in front of you. Drop your hips back until your thighs* are parallel to the floor. (KEEP YOUR BACK STRAIGHT DURNG THIS STEP BECAUSE IF YOUR NOT STRAIGHT THEN YOU ARE SQUATTING WRONG) When you are about to touch the floor come back up. The whole time squeeze your glutes.
*Thighs= The part of the human leg between the hip and the knee
*Glutes= Your Butt
