HOW TO JUMPING JACK

To me jumping jacks are one of my favorite exercises to do. Jumping Jacks are also one of the easiest. NOTE JUMPING JACKS WORKOUT YOUR SHOULDERS. Step one first stand tall and proud with your feet and shoulders together. After this, Quickly raise your hands to your head, while your jumping your feet to your sides. Then reverse. ( Means go back to your starting position) If you are a beginner at exercising then I’ll suggest you do about 8 jumping jacks in sets of 5. (You will be doing 40 jumping jacks) If you exercise regularly then I’ll suggest you do 10 jumping jacks in sets of 10 as fast as you can!! ( 100 jumping jacks) if you are an expert at exercise then I’ll give you a challenge! Do 10 jumping jacks in sets of 100!!! (1,000 jumping jacks) *pls consult your doctor before starting any workout program and imeadility stop if you are dizzy, have a headache, feel light headed, or feel nauseas.
