HOW TO DO A SIT-UP

Sit-Ups are pretty much in my opinion one of the easiest workouts to do. So lets get started shall we? First, start by lying on your back with your knees bent on a mattress or blanket. If you can try not to lie down on a hard surface because you will hurt your back. If you keep your knees bent 90* the exercise is more effective. Then place your hands on your ears or over your chest, just not your neck. ( A rookie mistake is placing your hands on your neck. This is bad because it creates strain on your neck and hurts it a lot) Then raise your Torso* to your thighs but keep your knees bent. Once you have done that, then return to your starting position with your knees bent. Then repeat.

*90 degrees *Torso= the trunk of the human body
