How to do a Push-Up

What muscles does it work? A push-up works your two large chest muscles.

I know every time you hear the word push-up you freeze and run. Trust me I used to do that too but lets get started. First get down on all fours and try to be as straight as possible. Once you do this push your-self to the ground. Now there are 2 ways that you can do this by. First, you can have someone put their fist on the ground and you can try to touch it or secondly, you can just go as far down as you can. When your about 4 inches above the ground pull up. The whole time you do this exercise squeeze your abs.

I recommend you start by doing 20-30 push ups for six days. ( I could care less if you can only do girl push ups, you will eventually get there.) Then rest for 1 full day. Once you can do 20-30 push-ups without hurting then do 40-50 push-ups for 6 days then rest for 1 whole day. Do this until you can do 100 push-ups a day without stopping.
